It all starts with a phone call! (519.386.3407) As a potential Puppy owner, you should always be Breeder shopping, not price shopping. We need to get to know one another and see if we are a good fit.

All our litters are prebooked., with a non-refundable deposit.  While we cannot guarantee colour or gender, we will do our best in preference to what you want in your new family member. 

If you cannot take your puppy from the litter you are on, you do not lose your deposit, it can be moved to another litter at a later date.

Pick order in the list is by the order your deposit arrives in our hands. Your name then goes onto the list. We cannot time your puppy's arrival and you need to be aware that you may have to wait a bit of time in order to get the colour/gender you desire. We will send a receipt for your deposit as soon as it arrives. 

We will let you know as soon as the litter arrives. The 1st person on the list chooses first, and we will Facetime with you so you can choose your puppy. This way your puppy is safe and not exposed to outside bacteria by having people in and out and handling puppies and endangering them. It also allows us to know if we have a puppy that is unspoken for and can offer it to someone else for the pups forever home.

Most pups are ready to go at 8 weeks. If your puppy is smaller, we may choose to keep your puppy for an extra week or two. Their 1st vaccine cannot be given if they are too small. The males we use fall in the smaller range and therefore we may have smaller pups available from a standard size Mom. 

The balance of your puppy's adoption fee is due 2 days before their expected home time.

Pups are picked up with a mutually convenient appointment. 

If you cannot pick your puppy up when it is ready, we will keep your puppy for one week extra at no charge. After that date it is a $10 per day fee.
